The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said Deputy Gerald Nuckolls was arrested Tuesday after the office received complaints of inappropriate behavior.
Officials said after an investigation in the allegations, the Criminal Investigations Unit determined the conduct of the deputy was criminal in nature.
According to the arrest report, Nuckolls was arrested on counts of Sexual Assault and Battery and Indecent Exposure.
The report states a woman called to report Nuckolls arrived at her house around 4 a.m. Tuesday and said he was there to investigate a 911 hang up. She told officials after asking to search the residence for drugs; he urinated near a detached garage of the house. He then asked to see the inside of the garage.
The woman told officials once in the garage Nuckolls asked the woman if she was wearing a bra and then pulled her dress down. The report said he then exposed himself and began touching himself inappropriately.
Another woman at the house told officials that Nuckolls brought her into his patrol car, exposed himself and told her to perform sexual favors in order to keep her boyfriend from going to jail.
The report states after the woman called to report the behavior, deputies brought in Nuckolls and they said he admitted to the behavior and said he's engaged in sexual activity with about six women while on duty.
