Footage captures shooting of unarmed black man in Oklahoma

Authorities in the US state of Oklahoma say a black man fatally shot by police last week, was unarmed. The Police chief in the city of Tulsa, where the shooting took place, says no weapons were found on 40-year-old Terence Crutcher when he was killed last Friday. Investigators say Crutcher was approached by officers who were probing a vehicle when he was shot. Crutcher's family is calling for a federal investigation and criminal charges against the officers. The incident comes amid a spike in police shootings, primarily targeting African Americans across the country.
