The Tulsa Police Department released dramatic dash and body cam video Friday of an arrest in May.
Police say they found Carl Fisher passed out in the driver's seat of a stolen car on May 16. Officers attempted to wake Fisher, commanding him to put his hands out the window, but police say he refused and acted as if he was going to put the car in gear and drive away.
When he continued to refuse to show his hands, he was tasered, then removed from the vehicle, police say.
According to police, Fisher kicked officers and got bloody after struggling with them on the ground.
He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for assault and battery on a police officer, possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, and illegal drug trafficking.
